Shaper's Comments:
“Maximum Volume Version” - This blank is a scaled down version of the 9’8 EPS. The goal was to design an EPS mold plug that would accomodate any longboard shape program in the 7’10” to 8’6” range for machine cutting purposes. After analyzing all the rocker templates from the Clark Foam data base we came up with a “middle of the road” rocker profile, and added thickness to the nose and tail to allow for straight to extreme rocker profiles. The plan shape and width have also been maximized. This blank will be offered in 2 different thicknesses to accomodate for both machine shaping and hand shaping.
